"Cc that freezer is not cooling properly. Took temperatures and RC was at 54* and FC was at 39* removed evaporator cover and found that the evaporator had only 2 lines of the coils with frost. Tested compressor and compressor was running at .62amps unit has a leak in the system. Called AB to see if I should just order the filter drier to see where the leak is at but suggested to order all parts that may be the issue and when i come back replace what needs to be replaced after tapping system. Unit will need compressor, evaporator and uv drier filter. Customer stated he recently powered unit off at breaker and back on to see if unit would reset, didnt seem to work. Found ff section temps at 38 degrees, good airflow, good frost pattern. Customer stated he didnt realize unit had dropped temperature. Advised customer if unit stopped cooling for period of time, freezer would stay cold for awhile while ff section would see quickest warmup and depending on how long unit has stopped cooling, may take up to 24 hours for unit to return to normal temps. Unit is working as designed at this time."

"Cc that they had a flood and now the unit is not washing, verified and unit was unplugged, plugged unit in, lid locked light came on but unit not unlocking, held down cancel unit seems to have canceled a cycle and started draining, unit finished draining but didnt unlock, try running diagnostics but unit keeps shutting off, unplugged unit and waited 1 min, plugged back in and try diagnostics again, it lets me in found codes f5e3 for Lid unlock fault, f1e2 for motor control fault, f7e6 for motor fault and f7e5 for shifter fault, tried setting into test cycle unit started filling but when it switches to the next step it will shut off, control has proper power coming in but unit wont start, unit needs motor, capacitor, shifter, actuator,lower harness, gearcase and control. Cc that the ice maker was loose. Found that the bottom bracket was broken and the top ones were good just loose so I tightened them up but if he wanted the bracket on bottom he will need ice maker replaced which customer did not want it replaced. "Cc that unit is not cooling to good. Took temperatures and RC was at 48* and FC was at 30* took off evaporator cover and found not frost pattern only on the beginning of the first coil. Compressor was running hot as well. Explained to customer that I was going to tap system but customer said she wants to keep it at least like that for now until she can buy a new unit. Unit will need compressor, filter drier and evaporator. Customer stated she will not want to fix it she will just wait it out and get a new unit.
