Customer covered hole and set a small heater to try to warm up the area. Cc F27 error/ out of order. Error is for overfill. Unit is not overfilling. The customer does a lot of towels in a short period of time. This may be causing an over sudsing that is causing the same error. Advised to cut back on the soap and to run an empty cycle a few times a week to keep the unit from building up soap.
