Ran individual relays to check components. Both ovens broil is coming on turning red, bake is coking on and heating. All working normal. Followed legend on Tech sheet to see what relays turn on during cycle. Put both oven on bake 350. Watched and bake is working and broil is tuning red, cycling between these two, good. Customer had some cookies to test out, put some on top and bottom. Cookies took about 20 mins 4-5 mins over time to be done. Per owners manual baking time can vary. Unit is working correctly. "Cc unit not heating pass 250 degrees, ran bake test at 350 place cast iron pan in the oven with temperature probe, monitoring the unit with temp probe while it reaches temp, oven finished preheat and temp in oven at 285, noticed oven selection knob not lining up with line on unit, line up bake setting with line on unit and temp got up to 361 on temp gun taking temps from cast iron pan, tried setting it to broil but it wont start unless the selection is lining up, unit will need oven selection potentiometer; ordrng 1 808843105 (potentiometer), used 1 SHIPPING (shipping and handling) from stock"

"Try taking unit out but cant find water line or breaker box Had to wait 15 mins for the father to get here to turned off the water and power to the unit, replaced heater, opt test ok, advise customer to replace water line so they can avoid leaks in the future, since they are using a copper line that looks corroded."
