Cc that unit was having a bad odor coming from it. I verified the back of unit removed the panel for the compressor and everything was clean nothing that i could see that it was bad. The only thing that i could see was that the freezer was full of moisture and frost because the seal was not sealing properly. So i cleared out all frost and moisture steamed out seal so it can seal properly and added some silicone around cabinet to keep it from getting any warm air into freezer and I explained to the customer that for the smell i could not detect any smell or see anything out of the ordinary and that it couldve been something from the trash can next to the fridge or something that couldve spoiled. Opt test ok.

Ran unit and since its gas i watched the flame if it was clicking on and off as should to see if the coils were working properly watched for about 20mins and it was good the only thing was that the vent since its a building it runs up the wall and has about 2 90 degrees elbows to route the vent went with maintenance to verify vent and has good airflow. Recommended customer to use timed dry if shes using mixed loads or bulky loads for proper drying can not find issue with unit. Opt test ok.

Cc that unit is not cooling properly. Verified temps and RC was at 42* and FC was at 70*. Noticed that it was working on both section for a moment and than it started working normally. Compressor was still running and fans so I Called BJ to help me diagnose unit and we ran step 40 and valve was opening and closing as should and it was working one section at at time. Noticed that freon was starting to come in on freezer section but would stay only at capillary line not the whole evaporator. So we ran step 39 as well to check the wattage on compressor and it was running at 150watts indicating theres no loss of freon so BJ and i agreed to replaced main control board. "Cc unit have water in the basket at the end of cycle, ran diagnostics no error codes found, ran test cycle notice the utility sink draining slow and water almost reaches drain hose, but its not siphoning, some of the cycle had the spinning turned off I told customer and she stated that she didnt knew she had to press it multiple times to set it on fast spin, turned on spin and showed customer how to set up the spin speed, water level and soil level as well she stated that now she understands the way to change the settings, since the manual wasnt very clear and she couldnt understand it. Cc that unit was not making ice. Took temps and freezer was at 5* and ff section at 38*. Noticed ice maker stopped almost at the end of the cycle but no ice was in the mold. Tried cycling but would not cycle. Replaced ice maker and noticed that when it asked for water there was no water in mold looked in back to see if the line was kinked because i could hear the valve sending water and i noticed a puddle of water verified valve and the line was not inserted correctly to valve it was leaking out the water reinstalled water line for ice maker tested and ice maker received water and no more leaks. I also replaced one of the rails for the bottom drawer in ff section that was sent to customer which was broken. Opt test ok.
