Also advised to let unit run 5-10 secs dispensing water because if water sits in line it can get room temp, dump water and then get water. Tested, let run 5-10 secs, dumped water. Filled up entire glass, water is cold. With their AC broke, could of been affecting water not being cold for a couple seconds until it has a change to run and cold water it come in. "Cc unit not washing or draining. Customer is waiting for a sink tub to be put next to washer. In meantime customer had the drain hose running straight down to drain. Easter is siphoning out, causing unit to not wash or go through cycle completely as normal. Let customer know, until tub put in, drain needs to be at correct height, try using a PVC pipe to hold in spot. Check owners manual for correct height if needed, suggested the same height as washer. Unit is good otherwise. Ran a normal cycle to show customer."

Found when door closing, side of door is hitting the side cabinet and causing door to not close properly, have to push over by hand and close. Tested ice dispenser, working properly. Found doors arent being closed all the way, causing unit to not give ice. Let customer I have to move unit out a half an inch or an inch in order for door to close properly. Tried adjusted while inside cabinet and cabinet too small for unit to adjust. Moved unit an inch out, leveled feet, good, closing properly and ice is dispensing properly. Op Test Ok"
