"Cc of low water. Found customer has Extra Power option on, explained that this is more of a pre wash soaking option, will only do a little water at a time before actual wash cycle. Customer also asked about detergent not dissolving or still on clothes. Advised of the cycles being used, having to add extra rinse if needed and max water level as well. Also comes down to how much of a load and how much detergent is being used. Do not overload and do not over use detergent/softener. Put unit on towels cycle, with Deep fill on Max.
