Cc that unit was leaving stains on there clothes. Asked customer how much detergent they use and they said they use up to 4 pods per wash explained to customer that if they use too much detergent it will buildup around the outer part of the basket and turn into a wax and they will start seeing it on there clothes. Explained to them to run the clean washer with affresh cycle to try to clean unit out and too at least do it twice to sanitize and clean properly before using unit again also let them know they can use white vinegar if they dont have the affresh tablets. I let the unit fill up with water and let it agitate to see if the water would turn black or get dirty but it was good. Customer will need to use less detergent. Opt test ok.

Cc that the lower oven when you use it for a long time the steam gets into the upper oven door. Looked at seal around door and it was stiff and flat i pressed on it to fluff it up and it started sealing a little better made sure that the fan was working as well and it was. Used my flash light and explained to the customer that where the steam is coming from is from the vent and I explained to them depending on what you cook in the oven and how long it will buildup moisture and steam unit working as is its just that the vent is right under the upper ovens door. Opt test ok.

Cc that the seal keeps coming off the cabinet. Verified and the seal was glued on to prevent from coming off but it was still coming off because the top rack was hitting it when you pull it out causing to pull the seal every time.
