"Cant remove the unit due to the floor being higher than the unit legs, any time I tried to removed it it gets caught in the floor, there is a high chance that the floor would be damaged while removing the unit, spoke to BJ and he advise customer have a contractor removed the unit and let us know so we can come out and replace the part. He stated hell get a crow bar and try to remove it himself, he started cutting the floor himself, he removed a big chunk of flooring and still doesnt come out, old him I cant stay any longer but he can give us a call when unit is removed from cabinet ; saved tckt"

Cc: burning smellRan test cycle. Cust Has a foil accordian style vent hose attached to dryer (see pic). Explained the fire hazard?associated with this type of vent hose and advised cust to replace with a semi?rigid metal hose to?prevent fire hazard. Found unit has low air flow through venting. Disconnected vent. Unit has good heat and air flow. Could not duplicate burning smell. Unit functioning as designed. Need venting cleaned.

Cc that unit made a loud squeaking rumbling sound once and the drum would not spin but it didnt happen anymore. Verified inside unit and pulley and belt looked good also rollers took off the blower wheel cover and looked good as well explained to customer that there was a quarter inside drum it couldve got pinched between seal and drum causing issue but unit is spinning and heating properly and sounds as should. Recommended to monitor for now if anything to give us a call. Opt test ok.
