Cc that unit was not doing anything. Looked underneath washer and noticed that the drain pump wire was kind of loose took it off and reinstalled Ran diagnostics and found error code F2E1 and F9E1 drain problems. Ran the cold water in diagnostics to get unit to fill and than ran a drain and unit was draining Perfectly tried a couple of times and no issues. So I ran a quick cycle to test unit and it started to drain how it should than filling and sensing and then did the wash and everything had the customer with me and was seeing that everything was working as should now. Explained to her it couldve been the loose wire but everything now is working as should. Opt test ok.

Cc that unit was still not cooling. Took temperatures and both sections were at 70* took pressures a low side was about 20psi when not running indicating a leak found that unit was leaking from the capillary line in the evaporator capillary line in the ff section slightly tried to fix leak but noticed that line was a bit short so tried pulling the line a bit to see if i was able to get a little more slack but line cracked a bit by the cabinet area. Called techline spoke with Travis and explained issue and stated unit is not repairable they will get in contact with customer for further any further steps.

Cc that unit was leaking but it only happened 2 times and has an F8E4 error code. Confirmed unit had the F8E4 error displayed erased error code and looked underneath unit to check the float switch and there was water cleared out pan and ran unit to see if it would leak let it run for about 15mins and nothing opened up door and noticed that unit had over suds asked customer if they had a cap of olive oil i could use and ran unit to clear out suds. Drained out water and unit was clear of suds. The detergent customer uses has dawn and explained to him thats what could be causing the leak gave him some of our sample packages to test out and if anything to give us a call but theres nothing else i could find wrong with unit. Opt test ok.

"Cc unit keeps tripping GFCI, checked power and 121vac ran unit a few times and everything checked out GFCI didnt tripped during test unit working as designed opt test ok, spoke to BJ he said He Thinks that disposal cant be on GFCI and advise calling wpl techline and ask them, called wpl techline but phone lines closed until 12EST, spoke to BJ and gave him this information that I found The National Electrical Code (NEC) does not require a garbage disposal to have GFCI protection. GFCI protection for this appliance is optional. The vibration caused by the operation of a garbage disposal can cause electrical connections to separate try contacting customer and provide him with this information and no answer left a msg with the above information and for him to replace the GFCI outlet with regular outlets.; saved tckt"

Cc that unit was making a noise when running. I arrived at home with Joe from maintenance and unit was not running so I opened doors to make the compressor kick on faster it turned on and unit sounded perfect even the temperatures were perfect freezer at 4* and ff section at 37*. Took off compressor access cover to see if there was something loose or caught in the fan but everything looked perfect explained to Joe that if I cant see or hear anything thats wrong with the unit I cant guess asked him to let the home owner to see if they can try to video tape the sound to have a better perspective of issue.
