"Cc intermittent sound, had a video sent to me. Sounds like the drain hose is smacking the back on the unit or wall with a heavier load in it. Took off front panel of unit, ran a Speed Wash cycle with clothes and towels in for load. No noise, even at high speed. Unit sounds good and all components working fine. Could tell hoses in back have slack. Would request maintenance styrofoam or zip tie first. Then if still happening, can have another tech come out and check and see if anything else can be determined. As of today. Unit is good. Op Test Ok."
