Cc that unit was making a loud sound they had a video and it sound like the fan. Took apart evaporator cover to get to fan and found a ball of ice causing issue. Verified where water was coming from and it was coming from fill tube from ice maker. Removed it and reinstalled and it stopped leaking. Also made sure to tell customer this unit will take about 72hrs for a full bin so if they use a lot of ice and dont let it fill up it will not keep up with them opt test good.
