Cc that unit had an F8E4 error after a power outage they had. Looked underneath unit and found drip pan full of water and saw that the water line that comes from the home was leaking g slowly. I moved the line and dried it up tested unit and leak stopped. Cc that unit would be paused later on during the cycle and she would have to restart it and than it would happen again. Ran diagnostics no fault codes so ran a test cycle and it paused on me so I checked the latch connector and seemed loose so I reseted the connector properly ran a test cycle and passed also ran a quick wash with some clothes and it passed as well from what I found looks like the connector for the latch was not making good connection.
