Cc that unit was making a rattling noise coming g from the freezer and showed me a video he had. Sound was coming from the freezer and it sounded like the evaporator cover vibrating. So I added some foam tape behind the vent and panel to avoid vibration and recommended customer to monitor to see if it helped because the unit was not making the sound for me.

"Cc AF error. Online, Owners manual, An AF (Restricted Air Flow) or 'Check Vent' error code indicates that the lint screen or vent is clogged; the vent is crushed, kinked or has too many turns. The dryer will continue to run when the is error is present. Touch any key to clear the code from the display and return to the estimated time remaining. Went over AF with customer, cleaning vent and had customer clean the lint trap as well. Thought I heard a scrapping noise, replaced worn front roller from dryer kit on t/s. Tested good.
