"Cc freezer not working sometimesCustomer states the freezer goes in and out, sometimes not cooling. Found unit is cooling at this time in both sections. No frost buildup, airflow is good. Ran diagnostics, functionality tests, all fans, compressor and damper operation checked good. Power cycled unit and let start back into cooling mode. All functions passed, all fans and compressor started up normally. Unable to duplicate cooling issue at this time."

Checked valve and customer has a saddle valve installed for dishwasher. Found that saddle valve was just halfway opened, opened all the way tested unit and it started filling as should. Recommended customer to replace saddle valve for a regular quarter turn valve."
