Customer replaced temp sensor himself tested unit and still doing the same thing temperatures are all over. Checked over wirings and temp sensor and its reading correctly also checked oven calibration to make sure it was good and it was so I tested the oven by preheating it to 350* and waited about 15mins to verify temps and it was around 346* and 355* so I explained to customer to try it out by preheating and waiting at least 15mins before inserting food to see how it works out for them if same issue persists they will need cintrol board which is the only thing that runs the oven. ; ordrng 1 5304510064 (Control) and 1 316419353 (Overlay)

Cc that unit was making a grinding noise when washing. Ran diagnostics and tried doing a agitation and sounded normal than tried a spin and sounded normal as well. Looked underneath unit snd found pulley was rubbing on shield causing it to make loud noise. Explained to customer about overloading but they werent satisfied so I ran a rinse/spin with a comforter to test unit and it passed as should with no grinding noises recommended them not to overload washer they were not happy but I explained to them to keep unit from damaging or having similar issues opt test good.

No codes stored, ran auto test cycle, all functions passed. Found coin slide is not able to be pushed in with coins in designated slots. Checked coin box mechanism. Found loose screw interfering with slide. Tightened screw. Coin slide now working. Started unit with coins. Unit powered on and started into cycle. Advised customer they will need an electrician to replace outlet or investigate power loss at outlet. Op test good."
