"Cc unit not spinning or draining all the way on certain cycles. Found hair/lint debris clogging all 4 holes in gasket to tub. Cleared. Found hair pins stuck in housing and cracked it. Had whole drain pump assembly on surplus, replaced housing from it. Tested, good. Draining as it should. Went over cleaning lint out with customer and also went over finding that some of the cycles the spin was turned off or turned on Low. Told customer its easy to touch those options and not realize it. Advised customer to watch options and make sure spin is turned to appropriate setting. Do not overload. Unit is good.
