Cc that unit is still not making enough ice. Took temps and and freezer was at 6* and I checked frost pattern and it was good also took temps at coils and they were at 0* and -1*. So I called tech line spoke with Derek explained issue went through some tests and we came up with its either a harness issue or customer is not letting ice buildup as uses it as soon as it makes ice having the issue to where its always low on ice. So I spoke to customer and we ended up coming up with letting unit alone for 24 to 48hrs without touching the ice to see if it makes ice and if does than it was just that they werent letting the ice maker make ice and would just use it as soon as it drops. If not we will call tech line again..

Cc that washer on by itself and it smelled like burnt rubber. Ran diagnostics and found error code F1E2 motor fault on control. Looked underneath and everything looked good than I ran a spin in diagnostics and a agitation and passed. So I got to control board and removed it to inspect it and nothing looked burnt or smelled like it was burnt. Reinstalled control board and ran a calibration and auto test and passed. Not sure if it was a glitch on the control but as of now unit is working as should with no issues recommended customer to monitor for now if anything to give us a call.
