"Cc that unit is not making ice. Took temps and freezer was at 10* and it was just kicking on from a defrost, ran diagnostics and ice maker had an E5 error thermistor issue. Had ice maker cycle and passed but when i did the fill test the valve kicked on but no water came in to ice maker. Took apart ice maker area and found fill tube frozen cleared it out and added permagum to the fill tube around the ice box to try to keep it from freezing. Asked customer to monitor for now and if anything to give us a call."
