Always Scrap Off Excess Food

While you may think your new dishwasher is invincible, you cannot leave pieces of food on the plate and place it inside. If you load your machine this way, it will surely get clogged at some point in time. Once it is clogged, your dishwasher will no longer perform correctly, leaving your cutlery and plates dirty.

No Need to Pre-Wash

With advances in technology, your modern new dishwasher has the capability to wash all your dishes perfectly. This means that you won’t need to pre-wash your dishes in the sink before places them inside. Modern dishwashers take equally modern washing products. These products have been developed to clean even the dirtiest of stains.

Make Sure Water Can Circulate

One of the main reasons why dishes come out dirty or unwashed is because of poor water circulation. It is vitally important that you place all your plates, cutlery and glasses according to manufacturing standards. This will ensure that water gets exactly where it is needed, giving you a perfect wash each and every time.

Ensure the Arms Can Rotate Properly

The rotating arms inside your dishwasher are very important, if they get blocked your dishes will not be cleaned properly. Do your best not to overload your dishwasher, overloading usually causes blockages, giving your machine little chance of doing its job effectively. Stay away from placing large objects like frying pans or large pots inside your dishwasher.

Only Use Fresh Detergents

Try to avoid getting your detergents damp or wet before using them. This will cause them to become less effective inside your dishwasher. If you have a brand new or modern machine, use a modern detergent as it will bring the best possible results.

Use the Right Dosage for Your Detergent

Your detergent has been tested thoroughly by scientists in order to come up with the perfect amount to clean your dirty dishes. Makes sure that you follow the dosage amount perfectly, this will ensure the best clean possible. Too little or too much detergent can affect its performance.

Remove and Clean Filters Regularly

Just like your motor vehicle or motorcycle, your dishwasher needs some maintenance. By regularly cleaning out the filter, at least once every month, you can be assured that you are getting the best out of your dishwasher. This will prevent any unnecessary clogging inside the machine.
