Check the receptacle for power if the light isn’t coming on inside your oven. Maybe you’re pilot light is out. You’ll need to refer to your owner’s manual because the directions vary from model to model. If your oven doesn’t have a pilot light it’s safe to troubleshoot further.

Your oven may have a glow coil igniter, which is the most common issue. It’s located at the rear of the burner. Refer to your owner’s manual for the exact location on your specific model. If the igniter isn’t glowing brightly when the oven is turned on, it will need to be replaced.
