Great experience, just wish the appointment could have been scheduled sooner than about one week out. Liked to be able to track service tech, and tech was friendly and knowledgeable.

It was a pleasure meeting him, and would definitely ask for him the next time we require service. As asset to your company for sure. Pricing question was N/A as appliance is under warranty.

Terrible customer service




We made our appointment to have our dishwasher fixed and the appointment was scheduled for Wednesday between 2-5. After waiting I was called at 5 by the technician who said he was running behind and would not be able to make it. He wanted to reschedule for Friday morning and said he would be there before noon and that the office would call to confirm on Thursday. I never received a call so I called to confirm. When I called to confirm the office said that again he would be there between 2-5, this is not what was told to me by the technician. Now not only was my day ruined but I had to reschedule an appointment for my son that was very important. When Friday came I was called by the office and told that my technician was sick and they would need to reschedule for Tuesday. Needless to say I was very upset and was not willing to wait. When I called the office to discuss this with them I was told that they would be able to fit me in with another technician but would not be able to provide me with a time so I spent my entire Friday waiting for a call. I never did get a call, they just showed up so it was a good thing I stayed at home. The technician finally arrived at 5. After all this waiting the job only took 10 minutes!! I would not recommend Fred’s to anyone!!

Tech came and replace door handle which was incorrectly put on by the manufacturer. According to factory rep the problem was cosmetic so I would have to put it on. Twenty minutes after I hung up the phone, Fred's Appl called to set up an appt for free! What great service.

I would most definitely recommend Fred's to anyone. They called a few days before my appointment to verify. And the day of my appointment they called to tell me the repairman was running a little behind. They young man Ben. Knew what he was doing and had my ice maker up & running in no time. As he was working. I would ask him questions and he would answer them. And even showed me what he was doing. So again I would recommend Fred's to anyone.

Very happy with Fred's Appliance. The tech was very knowledgeable and personable. Service call fee is a little high, in that he couldn't fix the item but the effort was there and the parts were not available for the 12 years old microwave. Price of the parts we did purchase was refunded to me. I highly recommend Fred's, especially Jeff, the tech that worked on my appliance.

Job well done. My new fridge/freezer had a defective door. The technician quickly identified the problem (showed me) and ordered the door. I admit the door seemed to take forever to arrive but that was the manufacturer's issue. Scheduling the door's replacement was a breeze (the dispatcher was so nice) and you're given a link to track the technician's progress in real time (and it actually works!). You get a call right before your appointment. The technician, Paul, is polite, speedy, and knowledgeable. Overall, a positive experience dealing with an unexpected issue. I'd use them again.

Corina was wonderful, thanks for sending her my way.

She is knowledgable and went above and beyond to educate me, she exceeded my customer service expectations.

And, she had such nothing but great things to say about your company, the people, how she is treated, and the perks you offer your employees.

I will definitely call Fred's in the future and will recommend you on my neighborhood App - folks are always looking for recommendations for a quality, fairly-priced company.

Second time we've had to use Fred's for warranty work from Lowe's. I cannot say enough good things about this company. Prompt, courteous, clean, knowledgeable and always first-rate clean up too. Corrina was artech the second time and she did a fantastic job with our dishwasher. She also recommended some great product to keep the pump and motor clean. Thanks again Fred's

Jeff came on time at 8am as scheduled. Excellent tech with good customer skills. Call was for a dying Kitchenmaid dishwasher pump. We opted not to repair, but to replace, because of the age of our unit and the cost/benefit ratio. Would highly recommend Fred's and will gladly call them again.

Chris was the technician that came in the allotted time. He was very professional, friendly, and fixed the washer promptly. I had a sleeping baby, and Chris was able to do his job without waking him! Thank you for such stellar service!
