Fred's was able to get us in early to look at a brand new refrigerator that did not work. David was able to diagnose the problem quickly and get us moving on a replacement with Whirlpool. Service tech is great. However logistics of appt were less than average. Was told appointment canceled only after I wasted my day waiting for tech. This literally happened on two occasions after I received a text saying that you were aware the parts arrived and I confirmed my appointment only for the representative to tell me the appointment was canceled
